    Description

    For bid is an original 1944 World War II service record booklet of "THE EIGHTH ARMY" printed by His Majesty's Stationery Office in London, covering the military's work in North Africa, etc. from September 1941 to January of 1943.  The booklet is full of photographs and service history and was "prepared for the War Office by the Ministry of Information."  Published during the war.  Printed by L.T.A. Robinson Ltd, London, Great Britain.  Wonderful World War II British military history with lots of photographs and accounts of the work and battles of the 8th Army and its service in North Africa.
    Booklet printed on relatively thin paper with great sepia photographs, etc.
