2 Vintage Bell / Eagle Novelty Vending Gaming Slot Machine Trade Stimulator Keys
I refer to these as
Novelty, Vending, Gaming, Slot Machine, and / or Trade Stimulator Keys because these kinds of slotted flat keys were used for many types
of applications such as these but the exact use of these individual keys in unknown to me.
These Belllock or Bell Lock / Eagle Keys each measure 1 5/8” long. Although I consider them to show normal signs of wear b
oth are very old and do show significant signs of wear. Both of them have the Bell Lock logo on one side. One is stamped “50A1” and the other is stamped “1V22060”. The back side of each has the Eagle Lock Company logo on it but the stampings are very faint and hard to make out.
Other than that normal wear from age these are in very good original condition and should provide a lifetime of service.
I have seen this type of key also referred to as a slot machine back door key but have no actual evidence to support that information.
