Antique Collapsible / Folding Bicyclist Cup - 1897

Description

For auction is an antique 1897 collapsible/folding cup designed to the fad of bicycle riding in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Whole groups of riders took off on day-long rides through the countryside. What better way to quench your thirst than to use a collapsible cup with a picture of a bicycle built for two on the lid. The cup is in excellent condition. It is 2 9/16" in diameter, 3/4" tall when folded, and 2 5/8" tall when open.
