'THE NEVEROUT' KEROSENE SAFETY LAMP for a BICYCLE, BUGGY, CARRIAGE even an early AUTOMOBILE from the Rose Manufacturing Co., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
.  Measures 8¾" tall to the top of the handle by 5" wide by 4".  The vintage wick may not have been Used as it is not burnt.
