A concentrated solution of Methylene Blue.
METHYBLU
will aid to carry oxygen to fish in case of nitrite
toxicity. It is used to control & prevent
EGG FUNGUS
and is helpful for ICH. This product can be used in
Marine aquariums. Use: 1 to 2 drops per gallon.
Each
bottle treats up to
600
gallons.
DOSE: Shake well before using. Add 1 drop to each NET
gallon of aquarium water. Use when receiving new fish,
(as preventative) and when disease occurs (as a control).
To control parasites on fish, treat every other day for 5 days
(3 treatments are suggested). Repeat full treatment in 3
days if necessary. To prevent egg fungus use
METHYBLU.
at half strength.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
METHYBLU
is a chemical
that prevents and controls: ICH (Ichthyophthirius) * Fertile
Egg Fungus * Fungal and Bacterial Infections * Nitrate
Toxicity * Tail Rot.
METHYBLU
is all fish safe and if used
as directed will not affect the biological filter bed.
MARINE: Double dose for marine use. Avoid use in the
presence of invertebrates.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Do a partial water changes using
SHIELDEX
before and after treatment. If live foods are being fed to fish, treat weekly to prevent possible infestation.
METHYBLU
may cause coloration of silicon in the aquarium If this prevents a problem, in Freshwater aquariums use
FORMALITE 2 for Ich control or
SUPER FUNGUS PLUS
for Fin and Tail Rot and Fungal Infections.
