Five-Value Swatch for Shaded Hooking - Mouse Grey

This afternoon, I'm offering several different five-value swatches for your shaded projects. This lot starts with a nice mouse grey that progresses to a pale wash. (My photo is tending toward the blue range -- this swatch is truly gray.) Good for portraits, trees, mushrooms, mice, snow scenes. Good for building your stash. 100% wool purchased new from Dorr, each piece measures at least 3.5 inches wide and 16 inches long.  Lightly felted.  Each piece of hand-dyed wool is a uniquely wonderful thing, so two things to keep in mind: 1) my swatches are not perfectly smooth colors; particularly with the values at either end of the spectrum, there may have been some dye movement creating lighter and darker areas in the swatch, and 2) the swatch set that comes to you may vary slightly from the photograph.
Nelda's Fine Print: You are buying as I do: As Is, Where Found. While I'll let you know the difference between new wool I have dyed versus secondhand finds from estates, please remember that with most of my listings for vintage or antique items you may detect the delectable aroma of "old."
I store my own hooking stash with cinnamon and cloves, so you might detect a spicy aroma, too. (Cloves are a wonderful moth deterrent, much nicer than camphor.) Depending on the estate find, I may or may not wash wool before listing.
If I have done so, I'll note that in the description. I cannot guarantee that the secondhand items I list come from smoke or pet free homes.
Color photographs may render differently on our various computer monitors; keep that in mind as you view listings for wool and yarn.
Payment via PayPal is appreciated within 5 days of the close of sale, whether for Buy It Now or Auction listings. Buyer pays USPS rates. Returns are accepted only if I misrepresent the item in its description, and only if the item is returned in the condition I describe in the listing. For returns, the Buyer is expected to pay return shipping using the same carrier and rates I use when shipping to you.
