Hanover Clocks Inc Wooden Coca Cola Quartz Pendulum battery operated

Vintage Hanover Clocks Inc.  Wooden--25 inches tall, 14 inches wide and 4 inches deep.  Coca Cola Quartz Pendulum.  Requires 2AA batteries that are included.  Instructions are on the back of the clock.
My Mom has had this clock for years so it has only been in our family.  there is a dinged spot on the bottom of the clock as seen in the picture.  this can easily be fixed by someone that knows how to repair wood.
I put the batteries in and it works fine.  the hands spin if you move it but hanging they stay in place with the pendulum hanging.  as far as I can see, there is no way to tighten that and I'm not even sure if it is suppose to be tight.
its a beautiful clock with a scenery picture on the front.
I will have this packed in a very large box with lots of packing and bubble wrap and the pendulum and batteries will be wrapped separately.
