    Description

    Brand new item, in original manufacturer's packaging. These are made by Wolff Fording so they match any of the Wolff Fording costumes that I have listed in the same colors. Fabric is a tiny hologram sequin on spandex so these have a great deal of stretch.T
    NOW- the little dots are put on with a heat glue process and little dots drop off, just like glitter would or any glued on foil sequin.
    This is the nature of the fabric and is to be expected.
    When they fall off, the item still looks good so can certainly still be used. 4415 GC39
