It's clearly marked 'Made in Mexico' & was most likely realized in the mid-20th c, between 1964-1976. It does have a few surface blemishes & some minor dings & dents but the structural integrity of the form & most importantly, each of its skeletal limbs, are intact & without fractures or repairs (old or new.) The paper mache form was completely painted in flat titanium white paint & then artistically embellished w/hand painted black line, insinuating the skull's facial features, such as its mouth, eyes, brows & ears. The ribs & sternum of the chest are alluded to, as well as the bones of each arm. The long legs w/perpendicular feet are painted w/decorative hieroglyphic motifs. The skull's eyes are decorated w/red paint & glued glitter. There are a few minor spots of soiling & 2 minor dents on the head. A real killer.

It does have a few surface blemishes and some minor dings and dents but fortunately there are no unsightly tears, rips or depreciating paper mache loss. The structural integrity of the form and most importantly, each of its skeletal limbs, is intact and without fractures or repairs (old or new.) The paper mache skeletal form was completely painted in flat titanium white paint and then artistically embellished with hand painted black line, insinuating the skull's facial features, such as its mouth, eyes, brows and ears. The ribs and sternum of the chest are alluded to, as well as the bones of each arm. The long legs with perpendicular feet, are hand painted with decorative hieroglyphic motifs. The skull's eyes are decorated with glued red glitter. There are a few minor spots of soiling and two minor to moderate dents or 'pushes' in the delicate paper mache form, located on the chin and on one side of the head. We haven't tried to pop them back out or to relax these areas. They're present but don't terribly detract from viewing this otherwise absolutely terrific

It's not a facsimile, re-production or contemporary piece.  Instead, it's authentic, vintage and wonderfully, magnificently, absolutely original.
Simply outstanding. I'd say it was a killer but it's already dead.
