    Description

a fine Native American Tomahawk or war club made of stone, wood covered with leather, feathers and beads. The attached tag says 'Shoshone warrior, Windriver Res, Hootchoo Collection'
In my opinion it appears to be an object made in the tradition of classic Native American war clubs (mainly used before tomahawks with steel blades) - the leather doesn't show significant signs of wear.
    length is 44.5 cm
The object was once bought at an Estate Auction in Germany - I don't have any information on previous ownership or how the war club came to Germany.
object shipped from Austria - shipping to the US and within Europe is 18 USD (other destinations according to shipping rate of the Austrian Post)
