Brand new in the manufacturer's package,
(they don't hangtag). White or black background on this rose floral with rich tones of red and orange gold. My pics show the detail of the skirt better. The fabric is a foil floral print spandex. The 2 layers of ruffles are attached to trunks so it stays in place and you already have something under it so you can use your own favorite top or purchase one of the ones shown. Each of the layers is trimmed at the hem for extra flounce and style. The trunks are a solid matte spandex. This skirt retailed for and is perfect. Manufactured by Wolff Fording & Co.
