This badge is a modern replica of the original gold and blue Scout Council Past President Collar Insignia Badges worn on the Scout Dress Uniform between 1920 and 1967.  These badges were last featured on pages 43 of the 1966 "Official Uniforms & Insignia, Boy Scouts of America" manual.  (Pages 26 of the 1962 Official Uniforms & Insignia, Boy Scouts of America is also provided here, as it gives more detail on these badges.)  Designed for wear on the Centennial II Scouters Service Dress Uniform (now on eBay) and may be worn on other items of choice.  "Past Presidents, show your PRIDE!"  One-inch diameter size matches the original dimensions of these badges.
