Two major issues:  1) missing piece of plastic on neck in front (see photos). 2) Kissing mechanism depresses, but lips do not move, whole head moves.
I think her hair is all there, but is matted.
Make-up is good
No earring holes on each ear.
No missing fingers or toes
Legs hard click twice; have not forced a third given age of doll
Sold strictly AS IS/as Fixer Upper or for parts. No returns.
