    LOST PACKAGES:  We cannot control the delivery methods of the U.S. Postal Service Military Postal Service, UPS, DHL or Federal Express.  All carriers may leave packages unattended at door steps, porches and back doors. It is critical that you take steps to secure your packages when they are delivered. If you do not receive a package and believe it was lost or stolen, please contact us through your order details and/or by phone. We will try to assist you in finding any misplaced package. Your local U.S. Post Office does have geo-tracking technology which tells them exactly where a package has been delivered.
    If the wrong item is returned the buyer must provide a prepaid shipping label if they want the incorrect item back. If the buyer does not provide a return label within 30 days, the item is forfeit. If the correct item is not received within 30 days, the refund will be denied
