Vintage 60s Drink Coca Cola NPI Starburst Advertising Clock Sign Not Working

Nice original Neon Products Incorporated Coca-Cola starburst clock sign. Good shape but the clock isn't working and there is no bulb for me to test. Has wear and the top right has a dent and the plastic attachment area has broken. No other damage. Someone re-wired it as the cord is capped together. Measures about 19" tall and 12.5" wide.
