Here is a vintage accessory headlight/generator set which came along with a late 1970s vintage Schwinn bicycle. These were popular in the 1970s-1980s.  This came just like you see it! This is a great accessory which fits most any bike such as Schwinn Letour, Typhoon, Breeze, Racer, Continental, Paramount, JC Higgins, Monark, Hiawatha, Raleigh, B6, DX, Corvette, etc.
It comes complete as shown. It includes the halogen headlight with mount, and generator with taillight. It even includes the wiring shown! The headlight even includes the original lens!!! This came off a Schwinn but was made by Union.  Check out the pics, it is not flawless or NOS but is a cool original accessory!
This one was made by Sobietz. They made some of the "Schwinn Approved" generators back in the 1970s.
People often forget to remove the batteries from a regular headlight then in Spring, find a junk headlight full of battery acid! You wont ever have to worry about that with this one!  I dont know where else you would ever find another like it!
This one is TESTED AND WORKS! It installs on your bike in no time! It includes the hardware to mount it! This is a 6 volt light! I like the clear lens.
Sold as is because it is used. Shows age but is a cool item! It will look right at home on your favorite vintage bicycle!  Be sure to check out all pics and email with any questions regarding condition before you bid.
Please note This one looks nice but may show age, have scratches, etc. (see pics, the generator in the pics is the exact one you will receive) It will look fine on your bike.
