This is a vintage SCHWINN APPROVED bicycle BLACK leather look VINYL SADDLE BAG pouch. This is as seen, as found condition, with all the original dirt included. You can see, in the back where it needs to be repaired. Everything else seems to be in good condition and would look good on an old classic. I have not tried to clean it, or do anything to it.
