    Description

Woodland Pottery Native American Antique Relic of the Mississippi Bottomland. This is one of two clay pots I have listed. Both were found together in the 1960s in a crawlspace while we salvaged a small turn of the century farm house near Hardin, Illinois. I was told one pot was for water and the other for food both, both of them are from the woodland era. Both pots were fully intact however this particular one suffered from my personal neglect when dropped it some 30+ years ago. (My daughter made a class restoration project out of it. )
