You are considering a vintage, 1927 – 1936 “All-Star Comet Bell” slot machine produced by Pace Manufacturing Company in Chicago, Illinois.
I am the grandson of the 2
nd
owner!
This slot machine was purchased by a family friend and given to my grandfather in the 1940’s or 1950’s.
It was then given to my father and has never left the family.
It deserves a great home!
This is, obviously a used item.
It is in good to fair cosmetic shape, however mechanically functions well.
I would say, on a scale of 1 – 10 (10 being perfect), mechanically it functions at a 8-9.
When operated, the handle pulls fine and functions 100%, however sometime you have to slightly shack the machine to get the dime to fall into the slot completely when you start.
All original parts mechanical part are 100% here.
There has NOT been any attempts at servicing the machine or removing or repairing the parts.
This is a neat machine!

Other machines made by Pace Manufacturing Co. during the time period All-Star Comet Bell was produced include 1936 Comet, Orange All Stars, All Star Comet, Pace Orange All Stars, Comet Golf Ball Vender, Jak-Pot Dandy Vender, Cardinal Jak-Pot, Fancy Front Comet, New Deal, The, and Blanche Comet.”
